Whats new in Prague? On second of February at 2:02 pm was officialy introduced new retro tram Tatra K2. Finally we can see it without black mask and tomorrow will operate on historical line number 42.

@anlexcz while it does have a retro look, the concept seems futuristic. Imagine networks of these trams where it would be possible to move about entire cities without needing a car.

Think how much better those cities would be.

@MarkBrigham I like watching videos about transportation in USA and I can't understand it. Its amazing in how horrible it is. Take a car just to have dinner at not far away restaurat.

And here in Prague we hate how much cars in the city we have despite really good public transportation.

@anlexcz "retro tram" is a term I don't see every day!

@RichSPK of course we can call it a historical tram. But we have historical lines and one also historical line 23 operated by Tatra trams which we call nostalgic or retro. And trams that can operate on 23 we sometimes call retro trams.
