We did, eventually.
Neighbors today confirmed this was a new level of noise, and far beyond what is normal or needed.
College athletics is a powerful force to try and go up against though!

@DrTCombs if it were neighbours, or kids, you'd call the police and they would sort it out. Unfortunately, it seems that college football plays by its own rules.
