I decided to try coming to a complete stop at stop signs on my this morning. It only took 18 seconds for a driver to try and take me out because of it.

and yes, there *is* a bike path next to the road. But there's no way to get to it without hopping the curb...which I'm not doing on a loaded cargo bike.

@DrTCombs

oof, yeah. bad intersection design if you can't get on and off the bike lane

such mixed feelings seeing bike provisions being made, but so often poorly thought out or integrated

@idlestate this development is chock full of good ideas for pedestrians and bicyclists, badly implemented.

beg buttons that are not accessible from the path, bike paths that just end, bike paths you can't enter, intersections that shoot bicyclists off in obscure directions, zero thought about placement of trash receptacles (meaning they end up in the bike path)...you name it. it's a colossal disappointment.
