@Ofsevit my biggest issue last year was when they'd open it to cars, but not tell anyone, leading to little kids riding balance bikes carefree, and a Suburban whizzes by. Council couldn't even break off a single 'whereas' to call for better communication of status, it's all about keeping Riverside motorists placated
