for example here in Richmond Indiana the city council just decided to allocate the last of our covid relief funds to law enforcement overtime

@bikepedantic a lot of ebikes have been purchased but the usage here is lagging because of crap infrastructure. I know one elected official in Denver who has already sold their ebike because of several close calls crossing a major road near their house. The Denver climate fund needs to start funding infrastructure to support using the ebikes.
@bikepedantic now if the revenues could be spent on cycling infrastructure, it could cause an upward spiral.
