@szeis4cookie @bikepedantic agreed on creative uses of central windowless space could be bike and other storage for the units, shared laundry, perhaps social space.
@bikepedantic I think cities like Boston with older buildings in the downtown are obvious candidates.
@bikepedantic it's fascinating to me that floor plate alone is 30% of the scorecard - I wonder if you got creative enough about mixed uses whether you could make a building with a bigger floor plate more attractive
