@velobetty @bikepedantic it looks like the seat is somewhat elevated, with the step up incorporated into the body, rather like a tiny UPS truck.
In the first picture, the person appears to be posing sort of half perched, half standing on the step. The seat post is kind of hidden behind his leg. It's a bit more visible in the third picture, where she's actually sitting.
