I’m in DC for a minute, and took a jog to see the in-process construction of the missing all-ages link, seamlessly connecting the 14th St Bridge and Mt Vernon Trail (and points beyond) to the 15th St NW PBL up to Adams Morgan. This is the network we need, being built.
@sofio i'm curious what they're for (knockdown stop-for-peds signs?). Really needs turn stalls there though, lots of bike demand to use that crosswalk
@bikepedantic @sofio I imagine they'll paint crosshatches there, if that's the case.
@bikepedantic Nice! I used to ride the W&OD to Four Mile Run to Mt Vernon (which is awesome), but once you crossed the bridge, it was decidedly less awesome.
