@bikepedantic I've been watching this neighborhood as a possibility when our current lease is up. This building is asking almost $6k/month for a 1200 sq ft 3 bedroom. It seems absolutely bonkers, but there's just not much 3bdrm availability anywhere
Answer: They followed through on their exacted promise of a (somewhat flawed) protected bikelane adjacent without deleting the northbound bikelane next to the bus lane. Hooray!
