💬🚲️ Consultations on two game-changing cycleways opened this week 🤩

- The Cooks to Cove Greenway in the Inner West will connect the Cooks River path with the Bay Run & Rozelle: yoursay.innerwest.nsw.gov.au/g

- The Anzac Parade Cycleway in the Eastern Suburbs will introduce a whole new area to the safe cycleway network: yoursay.randwick.nsw.gov.au/ac

Make sure to have your say! (particularly the Anzac Parade one as it's already received a lot of negative comments)

@SydneyCyclewaysFan was so excited about Anzac Parade until I looked at it more closely, it's all south of uni for me. Still dropped some pins.

@jroper Yeah, looks like the first part will be from the end of the Kingsford to Centennial Park Cycleway @ Sturt Street to Fitzgerald Ave, Maroubra. The two should connect pretty seamlessly.

Which bit of Anzac Pde were you hoping for? An upgrade to the shared paths north of Alison Rd, or some provision for riding along Anzac from Alison Rd to the uni as an alternative to Doncaster?

@SydneyCyclewaysFan thanks I didn't know about that one. Personally it's just Doncaster to High St (I know it's only 200m but all these little patches add up). But when I read Anzac Parade I was thinking of the whole part I'm familiar with, basically Todman to Gardener's Rd, as a legible main road route past the shops. May not be justified, but sounded cool.

@jroper Ah yeah, that makes sense. There is a shared path there, which I'm grateful for, but it's not the best.
