@jedsetter Wild that they don't make such simple changes (signage) that might make the bus run at less of a loss.
@jroper Yeah I can only assume it's a cross-agency problem. Whoever owns/operates the airport probably doesn't see promoting the city bus any more than the absolutely bare minimum as a good value proposition.
It is truly a rare place that nails the on-bus PIDs but can't have even a permanent sign or curbside pickup area at a big trip generator like an airport...
