Nothing puts me in quite a kinda mood like standing at our kid’s bus stop, and some driver decides to act out against the Alewife-closure traffic by blaring her horn right next to us.

Every time we drive, we make the world one millishit worse, and we should do it less.

@grammasaurus we really need to standardize the millishit metric first, everyone's just going rogue on how they compute their own homegrown millishits. It's anarchy!

@bikepedantic My goal for today is now to make the world just a few millishits better.

@bikepedantic I like the version where they do that and then awkwardly avoid eye contact for the time it takes a preschooler to leisurely pass them.

@bikepedantic times like this are why you keep a day old half drunk dunks iced coffee on hand. They’re like car horns for pedestrians.

@bikepedantic Ugh, car horns... what a terrible method of communication. The worrrrrst!

@bikepedantic Car horns should be as loud inside cars as they are outside.

People could still use them, but it would provide gentle encouragement to only use them in emergencies.
