@bikepedantic The more I think about it the more “Petty, pretty Nikki" makes the most logical sense.
He needs to establish why he knows her "she's good looking”, but also why she isn't as good as him “she's petty like most of *those* women are”.

@bikepedantic the go to would be "Darling Nikki" with the inflection of a contemptuous sneer, but that's not Trump's style (nor probably in his cultural reference library.)
