@Jzimbabwe btw saw your partner’s doppelgänger in Kendall square on Tuesday, to the point that I went up and said hi to him.

It was embarrassing, but I wish I got a pic, because it was uncanny. Even as he protested that he wasn’t Sam, I was like only 80% convinced that sam wasn’t messing with me

@bikepedantic ha!

He _is_ slippery, but I can confirm I saw him at like 8a and then 6p that day here, which doesn’t leave much time for two transcontinental flights.

We may be in those parts this summer and I think you might be seeing more of him there.

@Jzimbabwe don’t be offemded but I will absolutely walk by him on the street because I’ve been badly burned

@bikepedantic @Jzimbabwe I was going to ask "why two?", but then I remembered back to a few weeks ago when I had a bubble tea and my kid (who was on the back of the bike) asked me to hold his bubble tea.. having two cup holders would've been nice for that.

@bikepedantic I had a cool cup holder on my old bike, but it would slosh the coffee everywhere when I hit a bump. Need a cup holder for physics.

@Punkaboo physics sucks. Contego sealed mugs work really well for slosh containment for me

@bikepedantic I kept choosing glass ones that would also fly out of the holder at any given moment. Personally, I love to learn.

@bikepedantic then I start physical therapy, which, ugh. But also yay?

@bikepedantic BUT being grounded (not being able to travel) has meant catching up with friends and having people over. Small parties of two or three and it’s been SO NICE. But I was supposed to be in Nice, France. Alas.

@bikepedantic there’s this bike ride along the coast that goes up through Monaco. Man. Someday I’ll rebook it.

@bikepedantic

The more cup holders the more cargo the bike.

My wife has zero bottle cages and zero storage, so I am the pack mule. 2 bottle cages and a cup holder means I can carry all the 5 guys back home.
