Thinking about building some terraced raised planters in my backyard (partial sun) for primarily vegetables (and also, to act as sort of a functional fence)
Anyone local to Boston got any expertise or lessons learned for me?
@bikepedantic the Charlestown community garden just past Sullivan Sq has some terraced raised planters, if you don't get any advice from mastodon. they look pretty cool

@bikepedantic I don't know if this google street view is before or after I saw the terraced raised planters, but it was in a plot on the left side of this image (along Bunker Hill St.) I guess technically the entire garden is terraced.
