I’m very happy and proud that I’ve seemingly gotten past some longtime knee pain that I assumed was structural and incurable.

I am jogging longer and faster than I have in years, lost a few pounds, and feel physically like I’ve rolled the odometer back.

Hooray for regular but conservative work, yoga, eating better, and ice packs.

@bikepedantic I’ve had all kind of exercise related things come and go. My arthritis makes for scary X-rays but it doesn’t hurt much. One day my knees will die but they still like back squats and lunges 7y after I thought they were toast.

Bodies are weird.
