@bikepedantic "many North American customers interested in buying EVs are unwilling to pay premiums for them over gas or hybrid vehicles." — there’s a simple solution here, start charging a pollution tax on gas cars that makes them as expensive as EVs.
Also, people just buying bikes is an awesome outcome in and of itself, and is probably overall better anyway.
So I guess my thesis is, make gas cars really expensive, and then we’ll get even more bicyclists. Win-win!

@bikepedantic we were stoked on the ones we got for work because the promise was we wouldn’t also need to carry a generator in the back, just Pl g the tool not the socket on the truck. Until we figured out it won’t let you use the plugs below 35% power. Kind of a big limitation when we only need 10% to get back to home base. Hoping for a firmware update that changes this.
