@bikepedantic Good you're asking for specifics (or a guide). When there last spring we found it hit or miss as in #NotJustBikes video, “How to (quickly) build a cycling city”.
For a great pedaling experience we did tour that included range of infra - from great (Rue de Rivoli) to non-existent (riding through Paris roundabouts w/ALL the cars).
