Got to ride the basically-done Huron Ave cycletrack today, and it is gorgeous

@bikepedantic if only it connected with Garden Street or even just extended all the way to a certain city council member's house.

@vathpela I have no idea who lives near there (Patty?), but yes. I hate how Garden just sort of ends. Now that catenary buses are dead, I hope they protect the Huron lanes, maybe take a car-direction lane out of the narrow last block to connect to Garden

@BrokenFlows it’s pretty out of the way for me honestly, but they’re hopefully building The Bike Lane That Will Change Everything For Me next year

@bikepedantic Love the "yield to peds" treatment on the lanes. We could use some of those in DC, for sure.

@LhasaCM it’s a standard treatment here, and (places work badge in pocket) I hope they test it because I think it boosts compliance

@bikepedantic ooo fancy schmancy. I gotta do a bike about that neighborhood

@bikepedantic There's a lot of nice infrastructure in the places I don't go, and crap infrastructure in the places I go all the time.
