A delightfully chatty bus driver is humankind’s highest and best use
@bikepedantic certainly not the most financially sustainable career I’ve ever had, but I miss driving transit bus. Despite some common misconceptions, transit users are generally pleasant folks to chat with.
@bikepedantic When the subway train drivers, (Dad called them "motormen") did stop announcements, some were entertaining.
