Time to put it on the official record: Bus lanes are for buses. https://seeclickfix.com/issues/14075435

Parks and Rec had very cast-focused storylines, and never had a huge procession of guest stars and cameos (except for the DC episodes).
But 30 Rock absolutely soared with guest stars and cameos. How they never plugged Amy Poehler in somewhere… seems like a big missed opportunity.
Amy Poehler and Tina Fey are touring together, after appearing in multiple movies, SNL Weekend Update, and the Golden Globes together…
…but neither ever appeared on the other’s TV series, each of which ran seven seasons. Weird. https://www.rollingstone.com/tv-movies/tv-movie-news/tina-fey-amy-poehler-restless-leg-tour-announcement-1234678227/
Anyway, i expect that the collusion will collapse the minute someone decides to drink everyone else's milkshake and ramp up production on a people's car. As someone who has actually said the unthinkable-pre-2020 words, "I really like the new Hyundai hatchback, but i can't afford it," i hope it's them.
But even more than that, i hope that maybe we get better carsharing in cities in the short term?
Join us for a webinar at noon on 2/22 that discusses what we know about how people are moving in, around, and through the District of Columbia – and how that has changed from 2019 to 2022.
Last summer, we commissioned Nelson\Nygaard to analyze StreetLight Insight data to better understand patterns of travel as the District emerged from COVID-19 lockdowns.
We're excited to share the findings with the public for the first time!

If new-car ownership becomes something only for the rich, and only because automakers collude and constrain production, that would suck.
But also, maybe we'd finally get serious about sustainable modes? [Nah, we'd just give out more subsidies.]
dammit i typed up a long description of that image, and icecubes just ate it i guess. so:
A bicyclist riding a longtail cargobike with two small kids on board is riding in a flexpost-protected bike lane, seen from rear quarter. Snow is visible around, but has been cleared from the bikelane. There's a bus lane behind, and street trees in the foreground
Anyway, keep making your fully-leaded relatives uncomfortable at family gatherings, fellow whites. I choose to believe someone did that to the hobby lobby folks, and this is the ridiculous response.
I PREFER ALUMINUM AMD MENTHOLS: For $100, the most ironic bike ever, a Marlboro branded old Fuji steel mountain bike in Dorchester MA https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/799293704636745/?mibextid=6ojiHh
Bikes and stuff. Widow, dad, taking it bird-by-bird.
