Masto help please. Is there a way to mute a single toot? Sometimes a lot of people I follow keep boosting the same toot. I don't need to see Ted Chiang's quote about luddites from the New Yorker or Sbux closing shops in Ithaca a dozen times a day. I just want to mute boosts of a given toot, not the original tooter or the boosters. Possible?

@gotanda there is a setting somewhere that silences repeated boosts by people you follow of the same toot within a time limit. However the time limit it uses is too short IMO. Edit: for me it’s under Preferences. Based on this GitHub thread many people want it to be more adjustable: https://github.com/mastodon/mastodon/issues/18693
