Aren't ULEZs the wrong solution to this problem?
If and when all cars will be electric traffic will be back to normal, and kids driven to school.

We need ULTZ where the T stands gor traffic, don't we?

@lgsp @davidho Electric cars still pollute the air so you could tackle it by restricting non-exhaust emissions too. Politically it will be (even) more difficult though
