…but I think those people love front setback mins because they don’t want to be compelled to interact with porch-sitting neighbors who are sitting to close to the sidewalk to ignore.

@bikepedantic I like them only in cases where they try to undo what cities did in the past to widen the street and provide only minimum sidewalks. Ideally the city should fix that amenity zone by repurposed street space but
