@bikepedantic Are you using an app? I use down dog, which I mostly like, but find it routinely forgets that I am middle aged and can not, in fact, do a back bend.

@DrTCombs Nah, streaming a 15-min a day series on Amazon Prime. It's an intermediate level, so it presumes some ability with basic moves, but the instructor is also good about prompting easier workarounds.
