@bikepedantic I've been trying (not very hard though) to find violets to try in my shady area, does that count as "favorite"? 😅​

@bikepedantic did you hack my Google drive and get my garden list 😆 We have a 70 year old willow oak so it is full shade and dry because that thing sucks up water. Hellebores and false Solomon seal definitely work. We found astible likes more sun. We are trying partridge berry for ground cover. We have some coral bells in pots that seem to do ok for the summer (we move them to the front in winter).
