When I was younger I often fell for idiots who spoke authoritatively. But after a couple of cases of getting life experiences and finding out they were idiots or at best overconfident in their self assessment, I developed internal defenses. So I can forgive youth who I see doing the same asi did. What I can’t figure is people twenty years older than me still letting themselves get sucked in.
Sometimes it’s hard to appreciate how far you’ve come when you forget how terrible it was. Remember the 1st St SE ‘before’?
I have talked to people for three long straight days and I am double-fucking exhausted. Feeling a lot of love, though.
