We got a new #bike and we'd love your suggestions on a name. It's a Tern GSD S00 LX e-cargo bike in Beetle Blue. Judd has threatened to name it Bikey McBikeface, so... Please. I'm begging you. If you’re coming down the north side sidewalk of the minor street, you don’t even get an accessible crossing, or even an accessible crossing to get to the accessible crossing. Messed up.
Staying the obvious here, but it is pretty messed up that there’s no sidewalk on the Somerville side for a big stretch of the Alewife Brook Parkway. Cross safely, kids!!

I maintain that mastodon should allow quote tweets but require manual of approval from the quoted account, like a follower request, before it can be published. It's a janky, inelegant solution which is 100% on-brand for this platform, and it would be funny af every time you hit that "don't approve" button (but also probably would curb harassment)

2/2 Here’s a big thread I did on my old account running through the folly and many many pitfalls of making the public streetside in cities a default for EV charging, and how it should be the absolute last priority in our EV transition efforts.
On nextdoor, #CambMA CM Patty Nolan says that she wants to legalize curbside EV charging (using ADA cord covers).
