It appears Cambridge City Council candidate Dr. Hao Wang straight up copied incumbent Councilor Marc McGovern's campaign logo. Wang is selling yard signs of the design on his site for $80. Marc's used this exact design for several cycles now.

Wang is absolutely bonkers.

This meeting could have been a crumpled-up napkin with the words "your work is irrelevant" tossed on my desk.

Memorial Drive Alliance has a Cambridge candidate questionnaire out on weekend closures and a road diet.

Happy to see 6 of my 9 (McGovern, Azeem, Totten, Sobrinho-Wheeler, Klein, & Al-Zubi) are unqualified "yes" on both (my other three - Walker, Pierre, & Siddiqui - have not responded).

- jacarandas
- a lovely bike cut-through creating a safe route home for me and
- streets so quiet that people are walking in the roadway, and
- a share bike, parked well out of the way (I think)
- a delivery cyclist wearing hi-vis clothing as is the law nowadays in NSW, because that's easier to impose on the poor souls than making more streets like this
